Hurricane Joaquin: Evidence of Aerosol Climate Engineering 1

Update 10/5: The evidence now shows that TS Joaquin was (also) instrumental in providing the moisture and energy necessary to create a “thousand-year” historic flood in South Carolina engineered by massive deployments of aerosols combined with piezoelectric pulsing that released torrential rains over targeted areas.

Wild Conspiracy Theories

Was Joaquin an Israeli Hurricane microphysics (HAMP) attack on  the Bahamas and the wayward off-shore finance?

NOTE: Hebrew University in Israel provided key researchers to the Hurricane Aerosol Microphysics Program (HAMP). See publication –  The Rise and Fall of THE HURRICANE AEROSOL AND MICROPHYSICS PROGRAM (PDF)

The Bahamas is an independent Commonwealth that has retained Queen Elizabeth II as monarch.  With it’s economy based on tourism and finance, the Bahamas has one of the richest gross domestic products per capita in the Americas after the United States and Canada.

PETRODOLLAR THREAT as Motive:   The off-shore financial world in the Bahamas could be flirting with currency exchanges that empower China and Russia as replacement to the petrodollar?

CLUES: Joaquín [xoaˈkin] or Joaquin is the Spanish language version of Joachim. It is a male name which finds its origin in Hebrew and literally means “lifted by Yahweh”.  Jojakim (originally Eljakim) was a king of Judah in the Old Testament. His son was Jojachin.

San Joaquin (Grandfather of Jesus Christ) is the Spanish Language of the name of Saint Joachim, the traditional name for the father of Mary (mother of Jesus). (WIKI)

According to the Saint Joachim Parish: St. Joachim was the ever-chaste husband of St. Anne, the mother of our Blessed Virgin.  Though advanced in years, Sts. Joachim and Anne remained fervent in their prayers to be blessed with a child.  God was pleased with their devotion and chose to bless them with a miraculous conception, long past child-bearing years, as a result of their love of Him and love of each other. (More)

Impact of engineered storms can fuel the climate change urgency while moving $ Billions in economic investments. Below is only only example:

ZEROHEDGE story on Juaquin:  It’s no secret that PhD economists employed both in the public and private sectors enjoy scapegoating the weather for bad economic outcomes (e.g. “snow in the winter,” “residual seasonality,” poor jobs data is all summer’s fault, etc.), and all sarcasm aside, natural disasters can and do occasionally wreak havoc on economies (not to mention people) and so it’s probably important to take note of Joaquin, the 10th storm of the season which is bearing down on the Bahamas, threatens the US East Coast, and has some folks buying Home Depot shares.

Here’s Bloomberg:  Joaquin became a major hurricane as it tears toward the Bahamas and government forecasters said they can’t rule out a strike on the U.S. East Coast as early as Sunday. (Continue)

Investigator, Harry Rhodes reported a revealing heat signature on the Joaquin satellite image:

“When the nightime reflective temperature filter is applied, the fake heating is clearly visible. This hurricane is definitely man-made”.  (Click here)

Controlling Hurricanes With Aerosols and Carbon Black

Hurricane SANDY 10-28-2012 Intellicast Geoengineering Update for DHS Operation HAMP

The 2010 American Meteorological Society (AMS) meeting presented a hurricane modification research program run by the Department of Homeland Security.

The program included discussion of how aerosols are effective at controlling the intensity Hurricanes.  During the presentation it was suggested that aerosol geoengineering was even applied to Hurricane Katrina to modify the intensity of the storm.

Because satellite imaging reveals a regularity of aerosol dumps associated with tropical cyclones, it must be considered that Hurricane Sandy is only one storm that has been manipulated using the aerosols “hygroscopic smoke” predicted by the work of authors contributing to the Hurricane Aerosol and Microphysics Program (HAMP)

“…this means that seeding the full depth of the marine boundary layer with 0.1 mm hygroscopic particles at concentrations of several thousands particles cm-3 can be done by dispersing hygroscopic smoke from 5 to 10 cargo airplanes flying in the boundary layer just outside the typhoon spiral cloud bands so that the particles would be drawn into the storm by the low level convergence after having sufficient time to mix well in the boundary layer.” More

Hurricane Aerosol and Microphysics Program (HAMP): Improving Hurricane Forecasts by Evaluating the Effects of Aerosols on Hurricane Intensity FINAL REPORT October 2010 – Submitted by: Dr. William L. Woodley, President

Joe Golden (BIO) visited with HRD scientists to coordinate desired WP3 aircraft flight tracks, and to discuss collaboration on development of a new small unmanned aircraft system (UAS) with Dr. Joe Cione, HRD. (Up to the final draft of this report, we have been unable to achieve scheduling of the desired P3 flight tracks into suitable Atlantic TCs with decision-makers at HRD and AOC.) Dr. Golden has also visited NHC (National Hurricane Center) to coordinate HAMP research on hurricane intensity change forecasting.

WASHINGTON POST – Posted at 10:45 AM ET, 05/19/2009 – DHS Rebuffed by NOAA on Hurricane Modification – By Steve Tracton – Critics of experimental Hurricane modification argue that:

…it may never be possible to distinguish between manmade and natural changes in a storm’s behavior, or to predict with high confidence the outcome of modification attempts, given the complexity and chaotic nature of atmospheric processes. The latter could lead to liability issues related to unintended consequences, critics say, such as storm damage in an area that might have been impacted less severely had a storm not been modified, or less rain in an area suffering from drought.” MORE

Assessing A New Approach to Tropical Cyclone Modification by Hygroscopic Smoke

In Krall and Cotton’s simulations, however, when pollution aerosols were swept into the storm core the storm actually intensified. Subsequently, as aerosol were scavenged before reaching the storm core, only convection in the outer rainbands were intensified, and the storm weakened, consistent with the working hypothesis. More

Thank you for the opportunity to review the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Statement of work for the Hurricane Aerosol and Microphysics Program (HAMP). Research scientists and managers from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR) met in April to discuss research collaboration with the Department of Homeland Security @HS) on hurricane modification. OAR firmly agrees that hurricanes pose a significant risk to our nation’s security through the cost of human life and economic property damage.

Unmanned Aircraft Systems Integration in the National Airspace System

NASA’s Dryden Flight Research Center at Edwards Air Force Base, Calif., is leading a project designed to help integrate unmanned air vehicles into the world around us. The Unmanned Aircraft Systems Integration in the National Airspace System project, or UAS in the NAS, will contribute capabilities designed to reduce technical barriers related to safety and operational challenges associated with enabling routine UAS access to the NAS.
