NOTE: We are advised by J. Marvin Herndon, PhD on July 5th that he is, “not working with or connected to the HAARP Report” – an anonymous Youtuber who posted a video on the topic of “Chemtrails Are Coal Ash” on 2/15/2015. Dr. Herndon does not endorse any comments or conclusions made in this article or by anonymous Youtuber known only as “The HAARP Report”.
Adding fluoride to drinking water to “dilute” toxic nuclear waste has been blindly accepted by too many gullible Americans even after scientific studies determined the toxin is ineffective at preventing tooth decay in humans when swallowed and taken internally.
Likewise, environmentalists should know that Halliburton developed a drilling method that has allowed the military and oil companies to use “fracking” to dispose of nuclear waste underground since the 1960’s (Source) (PDF)
With industry’s demonstrated willingness to pollute vast areas of the planet for profit, it follows that coal ash from coal burning power plants is very likely to be the base ingredient in geoengineering aerosols.
Dr. Herndon makes a reasonable case that coal ash, in excess of what industry can possibly use or recycle, has been increasingly dumped into land fills with plenty left over to process and spray from planes as a base ingredient in a weather modification program organized by NASA in 1966.
Progress on global weather modification using aerosols sprayed from aircraft was published in 1974 by Meteorologist, Dr. William Gray at the University of Colorado: TITLE – Weather Modification By Carbon Dust Absorption of Solar Energy .
Dr. Gray’s work later became the basis of the 1996 US Air Force battle objective: OWNING THE WEATHER in 2025 where the goal of using the weather as a strategic eco-weapon against an intended enemy (foreign or domestic) is clearly stated in Table I.
California and western states in America are currently suffering a deliberately geoengineered drought, theft of fresh water and increased physical and emotional stress through covert deployment of geoengneering weapons. These covert weapons deployments have been a deadly and unlawful act of terrorism against millions of affected citizens inside the United States for decades.
In 2009, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and NOAA were engaged in the “Hurricane Aerosol Microphysics Program” (HAMP) where it was revealed that control over tropical cyclone intensity was reliably possible by releasing aerosols from aircraft into the storm circulation. Of particular interest is the finding that “carbon black” can reliably increase the intensity of a storm when dumped into the circulation by aircraft deployment. (Source)
The definition of “Chemtrails” in government documents (HR-2977) further confirms these weapons are intended to be used against adversaries, including citizens of the United States in order to terrorize, intimidate and subdue the population. (source)
It’s no coincidence that a global increase in observed geoengineering aerosols follows the approximate timeline as the global increase in coal mining and the resultant production of toxic coal ash.
In 2012, the World Resources Institute (WRI) identified 1,200 new coal plants being planned across 59 countries, with about three-quarters (900) located in China and India (Guardian)
Data shows enough toxic coal ash is currently produced to fill train cars from the north to the south pole from 1,425 coal ash sites located in the United States, alone.
Why Coal Ash is Considered the Base Ingredient in Chemtrails
FIG. A: Definitions – Coal Ash (CA) is commonly defined as the combination of two sources of “ash” in a coal-powered generator: (1) fly ash (FA) that goes up the stack and (2) bottom ash (BA) that falls to the bottom of the boiler.
Despite the IPCC call to lower carbon dioxide greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions over the past two decades, CO2 emissions from coal powered generators over this period has substantially increased along with toxic coal ash.
FIG. B reveals a “hockey stick” rate of increase in megawatts for coal powered generation beginning circa year 2000 consistent with the dramatic increase in observed aerosol dumps from jet aircraft over the same 15 year period. This is consistent with the growth years of coal-fired generation – predominantly in China ad India. (Carbon Brief)
FIGURE C: Less than 50% of CA is successfully re-cycled into industrial products leaving the majority available for covert dumping by jet aircraft.
CA production (blue line) began a steep increase in the early 1990’s as observers began to report noticeable aerosol spraying. The percent use (red line) actually kept pace with the sudden increase in production until 2002 when percent use actually exceeded production just as observers were reporting massive increases in jet aerosol dumps.
Smoking Gun: Even as production began to decline following the 2008 economic downturn, the percent use of CA continued to exceed production contrary to general economic demand the historical trend back to 1966.
The controversial aluminum resistant seed credited to Monsanto is actually patented by the US Dept of Agriculture and several others based on outcomes with Sorghum. One version is US Patent 7582809.
Generally misunderstood by geoengineering activists is the addition of aluminum to soils through aircraft deployment is virtually microscopic compared to the high volumes that naturally exist throughout the earth. The problem for agriculture is when the high acidity of the soils (pH < 5.0) causes the naturally occurring aluminum to become Phytotoxic thus reducing crop yield.
“Aluminum (Al) is ubiquitous in soils and, at pH values below 5.0, is solubilized into the soil solution as the highly phytotoxic Al3+ species, which inhibits root growth and damages root systems (Kochian, L. V. 1995. Annu. Rev. Plant Biol. 46: 237-260). Hence, aluminum toxicity is a primary limitation for crop production in many developing countries, including 38% of the farmland in Southeast Asia, 31% in Latin America and 20% of the arable lands in East Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa (Wood et al. 2000. In Pilot Analysis of Global Ecosystems: Agroecosystems, International Food Policy Research Institute and the World Resources Institute, Washington, D.C.), thus reducing food security in parts of the world where it is most tenuous.”
Examining the data on the increasing tonnage of fly ash dumped into land fills and used in agricultural soil enrichment can most reasonably explain the complaint of high alumina mobility in India’s Gomati River Basin and the implications to human health in a regional context of rapidly expanding demand for coal power generation. But this finding in no way diminishes Dr. Herndon’s conclusion that humanity is also under a frontal assault from the sky as “coal ash contrails” infect the total planetary biosphere.
DOUBLE WHAMMY: The realization that mankind is breathing high concentrations of coal ash laced with nano-alumina in addition to terrestrial coal ash dumping that is migrating into rivers, oceans, soils and land fill, takes the public health concerns directly to emergency status.
GLOBAL NEUROLOGICAL DISEASE RATES SKYROCKET:
♦ “The number of people with neurological disorders is estimated to increase considerably in years to come. It is forecast that the number of people affected by dementia (already counted in tens of millions) will double every 20 years. “… ” While predictions point to higher risk among poor people, children, adolescents and elderly persons, no population group is immune to neurological disorder” — W.H.O. Report
♦ Growing evidence that particulates in the air we breathe are a significant cause of Alzheimers in addition to heart disease, obesity and respiratory problems — Source
The Global Health Emergency for mankind is when nano-particle sized, free-form aluminum oxide (alumina) is deployed into the breathable atmosphere to be inhaled by humans and to furthermore enter into the vital systems of other life-forms to disrupt the normal physiology of those species.
The steady increase in geoengineering operations over multiple decades has placed the global population at risk of many different types of neurological pathologies.
Fig. D: Five Chinese provinces individually added more new coal power capacity than the entire US between 2010 and 2014. Jiangsu, the Chinese province where construction of plants is most intense, has built almost as much new coal capacity as the whole of the US and the EU combined. (Carbon Brief)
“Since coal contains trace levels of trace elements (like e.g. arsenic, barium, beryllium, boron, cadmium, chromium, thallium, selenium, molybdenum and mercury), fly ash obtained after combustion of this coal contains enhanced concentrations of these elements, and therefore the potential of the ash to cause groundwater pollution needs to be evaluated.”
“Two classes of fly ash are defined by ASTM C618: Class F fly ash and Class C fly ash. The chief difference between these classes is the amount of calcium, silica, alumina, and iron content in the ash. The chemical properties of the fly ash are largely influenced by the chemical content of the coal burned (i.e., anthracite, bituminous, and lignite).”
The over-abundance of Coal Ash waste is being processed and dumped into the atmosphere under the pretense of mitigating the effects of global warming to reflect sunlight back into space. These multi-layered agendas have successfully compartmentalized the primary agenda of weaponizing the global weather. The resultant bureaucratic deceptions have prevented any single congressional committee or federal agency from acquiring enough knowledge and authority to oversee the geoengineering operation in order to stop it – even if they wanted to.
Geologist, J. Marvin Herndon, PhD responded to a plea for assistance by authors of a study in India that found a dramatic increase in mobile aluminum in the Gomati River water and the Lucknow groundwater that measured over three orders of magnitude, (from 14 to 77,861 ppb) in the Gomati River water.
“A systematic multi-disciplinary study is urgently required to understand the geological association of high Al mobility with human health in the Ganga Alluvial Plain, one of the densely populated regions of the world.”

J. Marvin Herndon
In response to an urgent call through an article in Current Science for assistance to understand the geological association of high aluminum mobility with human health in the Ganga Alluvial Plain, I describe evidence of clandestine geoengineering activity that has occurred for at least 15 years, and which has escalated sharply in the last two years. The geoengineering activity via tanker-jet aircraft emplaces a non-natural, toxic substance in the Earth’s atmosphere which with rainwater liberates highly mobile aluminum. Further, I present evidence that the toxic substance is coal combustion fly ash. Clandestine dispersal of coal fly ash and the resulting liberation of highly mobile aluminum, I posit, is an underlying cause of the widespread and pronounced increase in neurological diseases and as well as the currently widespread and increasing debilitation of Earth’s biota. Recommendations are made for verifying whether the evidence presented here is applicable to the Ganga Alluvial Plain.
