Why did Evergreen Air never use their patented deployment system to contain a single wildfire for the US Forestry Service?

The following video was captured before it was  removed from the defunct Evergreen Air promotional page.   The subsequent promotional video did not include capability of weather modification, geoengineering and aerial decontamination.    High points in this video: (1) Advanced avionics for deploying at night (2) Refueling from a network of numerous USAF bases. (3) Intermittent, programmed deployments consistent with satellite observations of “man-made cloud patterns”.

Update 10/10/2014: Evergreen Air filed for Voluntary Chapter 7 (Bankruptcy) in January, 2014 but the technology enabling tons of aerosols to be deployed over vast regions is suspected to be very active, indeed.  The patent allows for the spray device to be installed in several different aircraft types that could explain how aerosol dumps are achieved over several global locations on the same day. Also, experienced ground observers have noted a change in the method of aerosol deployment since circa 2012 to include fewer aircraft “trails” and more aerosol dumps (aka Chem-bombs) that appear more as cirrus clouds rather than “trails” – a change that attracts less attention by inexperienced ground observers.  In Florida these “dumps” appear to be deployed over the Gulf under the cover of darkness where they drift over the Florida peninsula at night and during the day.  Satellite images confirm this technique may also be used over the Pacific – an operation that is blamed for producing intense drought, water shortage, and increasing crop and food scarcity in California.

The 2008 Evergreen Air Patent US 7,413,145 B2 is capable of “dumping” tons of a “Weather Modification Compound”.

On Dec 16, 2010, Evergreen’s 2008 patent was superseded by patent,  US 20100314496 A1 for an “Enhanced Aerial Delivery system”.

 The 2010 patent identifies William D. Mcune of Tehachapi, CA as a new “inventor” from one of 3 listed inventors, replacing Daniel A. Kottman from the 2008 patent.  Coincidentally, all listed “inventors” reside in Oregon and California where the drought has been catastrophic to water, farming, forestry, wildlife and the nation’s food supply.

This patent refers to safety in transporting large quantities of “powders” – term that can allude to either fire retardants or weather modification “aerosols”.  Curiously, the term “powder” is reminiscent of a previous patent, US 3899144 A, for a “Powder Contrail Generator”. Of course, the term “powder contrail” is a corrupted oxymoron since a true “contrail” is a product of engine combustion and water vapor, not a chemical compound.  Climate researcher and author, Tim Ball, discusses the institutionalized science fraud in universities and government agencies in his 2014 book,  “The Deliberate Corruption of Climate Science

 “The aerial delivery system can drop about 25,000 gallons of fluid in approximately 5 seconds.”

 On March 24, 2009 Evergreen International Aviation announced their B-747 Supertanker was certified to fly by the Interagency Air Tanker Board and ready to fight wildfires. The large-scale aerial fire fighting jet uses a delivery system patented by Evergreen Air, capable of delivering large payloads of retardant (and other compounds) at safe altitudes above terrain.

In 2012, Evergreen Air issued an anonymous statement on their website in response to numerous queries about the availability of their fleet of 747 Supertankers to help fight wildfires in Colorado.

According to Evergreen Air, the 747 tankers – partly designed to assist in containing disasters like the 2012 Colorado fires and hundreds more – were not allowed to be used due to flaws in US Forest Service (USFS) policies.

a) Even though Evergreen’s 747 Tanker is capable of dropping a 20,000 pound payload of fire retardant the USFS allowable upper limit for “tank size” is 5,000 pounds.

b) Due to recent changes to the US Forest Service procurement policies only small businesses are eligible for contract awards concerning air tanker assets.

Evergreen alleges they’ve never been told why their tankers have not been activated by USFS and can only “speculate” as to why.

But documents on their own website contradict this assertion.

In March, 2009 the USFS and NASA performed an “Operational Test and Evaluation Summary Report on VLAT (Very Large Aerial Tanker) Operational

The USFS favorable MISSION COMPATIBILITY statement speaks for itself: “It was concluded that VLAT aircraft are probably compatible with the wildland fire suppression mission, provided that they are used to supplement other aerial retardant delivery platforms rather than replace them in all environments.”

Q. Why would Evergreen spend millions on B-747 upgrades without securing a market for their firefighting services in advance. ?

Q. Why was a favorable MISSION COMPATIBILITY finding by USFS followed years later by a form letter that claimed Evergreen has never been told why their tankers have not been activated by USFS and can only “speculate” as to why.?

Q. Since 2009, why has Evergreen apparently failed to pursue the USFS’s findings in order to meet their business plan to activate their fleet of tankers into fire-fighting service?

A. According to their patent for deployment of various compounds (US 7,413,145) the Tanker fleet is equally adept at performing WEATHER MODIFICATION.

Cynics could call Evergreen’s released statement a “cover story” to hide the 747 tankers real, full time mission of covert geoengineering and weather modification.

While not fighting fires there is little reason to believe the 747 Tanker is sitting idle on some tarmac The same system patent that allows disbursement of fire-fighting compounds is also rated for “weather modification” where tons of aerosols can be released in a line up to 250 miles or in huge clusters of interrupted batches to form artificial cirrus clouds.

    Weather modification is a reality. There are international treaties, patents and companies that are part of it. Just about any technology that has the potential for good has the same potential for bad. This is why it matters to know about it. If you ignore technology and you are a “good” person then who is monitoring it? Know what you think and be ready with an ethical answer.
